As Cairo ICT 2024 gathers technology leaders and innovators from around the globel, we are thrilled to sit down with ManageEngine, the IT management division of Zoho Corporation, to discuss their insights and contributions to the ever-evolving IT landscape.

In this interview, we will explore ManageEngine’s latest innovations, their strategic goals for the region, and how their presence at Cairo ICT 2024 aligns with their vision for the future of enterprise IT.

Stay tuned as we uncover how ManageEngine is driving meaningful change in the world of technology.

What is ManageEngine’s primary objective in participating in “Cairo ICT 2024” this year?

ManageEngine’s participation at Cairo ICT this year marks its 10th year of participation at the premier tech event in the MENA region.

It is a significant milestone and we also look forward to the opportunity to showcase our expertise in different domains, especially in cybersecurity this year around.

We are keen to understand how the region is dealing with the new evolving cyber threats in the region and on new IT trends that will be of focus at the event and what do organisations focus on going forward in 2025 and beyond.

How do you view the role of “Cairo ICT 2024” in advancing Egypt’s tech industry?

A tech exhibition like Cairo ICT is invaluable to the Egyptian tech industry. It presents an opportunity for top IT leaders to come together and discuss on the latest IT trends.

With the GCC advancing in use of emergent tech like AI and ML, Cairo ICT provides a platform to understand how organisations are adapting to the latest IT trends and practices, how they are tackling the evolving cyberthreats in the region.

What innovative solutions is ManageEngine showcasing at “Cairo ICT 2024”?

ManageEngine will be highlighting their cybersecurity suite of IT solutions at Cairo ICT 2024. With the rise in cyberthreats in the region, cyberattacks and ransomwares has been a consistent problem in the region in recent times.

ManageEngine will be showcasing our commitment towards enhancing our robust IT solutions and also its latest updates and enhancements to our booth visitors at Cairo ICT 2024.

What is ManageEngine’s vision for the Egyptian IT market?

ManageEngine’s vision has always been one that caters to the needs of the customers.

We have a customer-first approach and we see what we can do to enhance our effectiveness and efficiency of delivering good services to our customers be it in the way of better customization, 24/7 support and more.

As customer needs are always ever-evolving which is expected in a market niche like ours, we focus on the same to ensure deliverance of a great digital experience at every level of an organisation.

What challenges does ManageEngine face in the Egyptian market, and how are you working to overcome them?

The Egyptian market, much like the other regions in the MENA, has seen a rapid adoption of the latest emergent technology into their daily operations in more or less every sector.

Keeping up with the pace of this rapid digitalisation is a challenge in itself. However, the use of AI has been more of a “double-edged sword” with cybercriminals making use of it to polish their own ways of attacking organisations.

The threat of cyberattacks and ransomware has been on the rise and it puts onus on us to prioritize and secure our robust IT solution offerings to better secure our users’ cyberspace.

To what extent does ManageEngine integrate AI into its solutions for partners, and what is its role in promoting sustainable AI?

ManageEngine has been actively leveraging emergent tech like AI and ML in its latest updates and enhancements to its suite of IT solutions.

We recently enhanced our SIEM suite Log360 with the ML-powered exploit triad analytics, which help organisations track adversaries and mitigate potential breaches by providing complete visibility into the exploit triad: users, entities and processes.

We also recently enhanced our IT analytics solution – Analytics Plus with its latest 6.0 version which introduces Spotlight, an AI-powered, contextual recommendation engine that identifies inefficiencies in IT operations and offers corrective strategies.

Has ManageEngine developed its own proprietary solutions available in the market? If so, what are these solutions?

ManageEngine has over 60+ enterprise IT management solutions as part of its portfolio of IT solutions.

All of ManageEngine’s solutions are built in-house and developed by our own in-house product team. We give a lot of attention to R&D and all of our offerings are part of our own developed IT solutions.
