LG launches its Africa’s 1st online store in Egypt

LG unveiled its Africa’s first online store in Egypt to offer its customers the ease of purchasing their home appliances, TVs, and air conditions online at a click of a bottom. LG’s online store, www.lg.com/eg_en , will provide LG customers the thrilling shopping experience online.

Based on LG’s commitment to enriching the experience of owning electronic devices, LG will provide its customers with free delivery and free installation when purchasing from LG’s online store. LG free delivery covers Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Qena, Suez, Ismailia, Port Said and Beni Suef. The free delivery will take place from two to seven days. LG free installation covers all its products except the AC.

“We are excited to launch our online store in Egypt, which provides our customers an alternative way of purchasing our products while ensuring their safety at the same time. The e-commerce in Egypt will be essential for all businesses. And we are witnessing a radical change in the Egyptian consumer purchasing behavior towards e-commerce,” Billy Kim, Managing Director, LG Egypt

LG customers can register also in the store to stay up to date with all the latest news and updates about LG and its most advanced products in the world. The website also gives customers the chance to review products and watch instructional videos on how to use the product. Instruction manuals are also available for download to make potential customers more confident about their purchasing choices and ensure their rights.

The LG online store also allows customers to track their orders and contact LG after purchases for maintenance services. LG’s online store is available in English and Arabic and the rules of the Consumer protection center applies to all online transactions conducted through LG’s website.
