Under the umbrella of the fourth season of its social responsibility program “LG Heroes” and in cooperation with the Misr El-Kheir Foundation, LG Egypt has successfully delivered three Ultra HD TV screens and three top-load washing machines, to be placed in three of Al-Rahma orphanage homes in Menoufia Governorate.
The in-kind donation that aims to improve the quality of services supplied by the orphanage, comes inline with a long series of success stories resulting from long-term cooperation between LG Egypt and the Misr El-Kheir Foundation and according to the memorandum of understanding renewed at the beginning of the year 2024 between the two parties and for the second year in a row, enabling LG to provide community support to those in need, through participating in a number of different social responsibility initiatives aiming to create a better future for Egyptian society.

Moreover, Engineer Ahmed Youssef, Director of Direct Aid at the Misr El-Kheir Foundation, said that the services provided by the foundation throughout the year and under supervision of the Department of Humanitarian Aid, comes out of the foundation’s belief in its vital role towards those in need across all the Egyptian governorates .
Youssef has also expressed his pride in cooperating with LG Egypt, specially that this collaboration was not the first of its kind, as the partnership between the two parties is a long term one that includes many sectors within the organization, and we hope that this partnership will continue.
Youssef indicated that this comes within the framework of the strategy and goal of the Misr El-Kheir Foundation, which always works to develop people and maximize their humanity. The above-mentioned memorandum of understanding stipulates LG Egypt’s commitment to provide support and contribute to raising the efficiency of services provided by institutions affiliated with Misr El-Kheir in several areas, including supporting families in need of care by providing basic needs during the winter season, providing basic food supplies through a Ramadan campaign that means to lift the burden and provide support to beneficiaries, raising the efficiency of services provided in orphanages and centers for people with special needs with the aim of providing a decent life for the groups most in need of care, supporting youth centers and providing advanced capabilities to enable the youth group to discover and develop their talents, in addition to providing support to the Misr El-Kheir foundation in facilitation initiatives. Marriage by contributing to the provision of basic household appliances for all the families in need.
