DentaCarts,1st dental e-platform announces features of its 2023 strategy

DentaCarts has revealed the features of its new strategy in the Egyptian market during the year 2023, based on the successes it achieved as the first Egyptian platform specialized in e-commerce for the sale of medical devices and dental tools.

Established in 2017 with the aim of supporting and facilitating the lives of dentists, as well as providing a full clinic service, the DentaCarts has over the 5 years succeeded in pioneering in the field of e-commerce with more than 250,000 visits to its website per month, a statement of the company said.

It added that and more than 3,000 orders are delivered per month, and over 30,000 dentists have downloaded the app, noting that the company has more than 35 thousand products, representing more than 650 local and international brands.

Commenting on the new strategy, Eng. Ahmed Yahya, the founder of DentaCarts, said that there is a package of benefits and incentives that our customers get, foremost of which are the various payment methods and the set of original and high quality products.

The company also provides real offers that ensure that the doctor obtains his needs at competitive prices and the highest quality of products, he also said. The delivery service is also available.

He stressed that “with the increasing number of visits and orders the company receives, we work on improving the level of services provided to citizens with a net of 215 authorized sellers scattered throughout the state”.

Regarding the expansion outside the Egyptian country, Yahya unveiled that the DentaCarts will be officially in Saudi Arabia next January, following several months of experimental work in the Kingdom. The two African markets of Kenya and South Africa would be the next with a planned funding of $10 million.

On the fluctuation that followed the liberation of pound against the US dollar recently, Yahya noted that “we are keen to complete and deliver the pre-reserved orders at the same prices agreed upon without increasing the prices, even if the company will bear part of the prices”.
