As the 26th session of the International Technology Exhibition and Conference in the Middle East and Africa, Cairo ICT 2022, is drawing near, the Trade Fairs International, the organizer of Cairo ICT, held a press conference to reveal and review the most prominent features of the event, which is scheduled to be convened during the period from November 27 to 30. This year’s edition will be held under the slogan ‘Leading Change’, to highlight the most important trends and technologies in this sector.
Mr Osama Kamal, CEO of Trade Fairs International, and a raft of sponsors and exhibitors joined the press conference, where the attendees reviewed the most prominent topics, themes and tracks of Cairo ICT in its 2022 edition.
“This year’s session of Cairo ICT is taking place while governments’ interest in technology and its applications has reached its climax, in light of the great role technology plays in accelerating economic development, improving the attractiveness of different countries for investments, and creating a unique business climate,” said Mr Osama Kamal, CEO of Trade Fairs International, of the conference.
He added that the conference-cum-exhibition will coincide with the second edition of the Connecta exhibition on entertainment technology, including electronic games, smart devices, and Arab-African competitions. The Connecta exhibition will be held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Included among the most important new events in the upcoming session will be a conference to be held for the first time to discuss everything related to ManuTech manufacturing technology, which was sponsored by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, for its benefit in the file of manufacturing for export and avoiding supply chain problems globally and regionally.
The Cairo ICT 2022 edition will be held under the sponsorship of Benya Group, a leading provider of integrated communications solutions and services, the e-finance group, Huawei, Dell Technologies, CIB, Cisco, Microsoft, and Fortinet.
