Ceramica Cleopatra, meanwhile, wrapped up the first-half of the season in fourth place with 38 points, keeping themselves firmly in the race near the summit of the table.
Zamalek 1-0 Al-Ittihad
Zamalek secured their eighth consecutive victory after defeating Al-Ittihad of Alexandria 1-0 at Cairo International Stadium in the 21st round of the Egyptian Premier League.
