CAIRO – Egypt’s Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy announced that approval of the bodies concerned to increase the number of fans attending a match of Al-Ahly of Egypt against the Moroccan team of Wydad to 50,000.
The game will be played on Sunday in the final of CAF Champions League at Cairo International Stadium.
In press statements, Sobhy asserted conducting intensified calls to increase the number of audience.
Sobhy said that the Egyptian sport witnesses its best era under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, adding that the Egyptian government under Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli presents all aspects of support to sports to reach accomplishments in the different competitions.
