Egypt’s Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi witnessed on Saturday the launch of the Arab Judo Championship in Alamein city from August 24 to 30.
He commended the depth of relations between Egypt and the Arab Judo Federation.
He noted that 10 Arab states are taking part in the championship with a total number of 500 players.
The 10 participating countries are Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya, Yemen and Egypt, the host country.
