Talae el-Geish 3-1 Al-Ahly
Talae El-Geish secured a 3-1 victory over Al-Ahly’s youth team in their Group C clash at the Military Academy Stadium in Cairo.
Al-Ahly fielded a squad consisting of youth players born in 2005, supplemented by senior team members, including Tunisian left-back Ali Maaloul, defender Yasser Ibrahim, midfielder Omar El-Saaiy, and forward Samir Mohamed.

The match began with an early penalty awarded to Talae El-Geish after Al-Ahly goalkeeper Mustafa Makhlouf fouled right winger Youssry Wahid in the first minute. The decision was confirmed by VAR, and Nigerian centre-forward Godwin Chika converted from the spot in the fourth minute to put his side ahead.
Midfielder Islam Mohareb doubled Talae El-Geish’s lead in the 38th minute, finishing off a precise cross from Wahid.
Al-Ahly responded in the 55th minute when Adam Samir capitalized on a defensive lapse to pull one back, making it 2-1. However, Wahid restored Talae El-Geish’s two-goal advantage in the 61st minute, effectively sealing the victory.

Despite Al-Ahly’s youth team dominating possession in the latter stages, they failed to create significant threats, ensuring a deserved win for Talae El-Geish.
