CASABLANCA, Morocco – Egypt’s ambassador to Morocco Yaser Othman and consul general Ahmed Mubarak visited the mission of Zamalek FC ahead of the White Knights’ match against the Moroccan Wydad of Casablanca at the CAF Champions League.

The top diplomats were keen to ensure that all needs of the Egyptian side are met in the Arab country.

The Egyptian side is set to face Wydad on Saturday at Mohammed V Stadium as part of qualifications of Group D of the African Champions League.

The draw for the group stage of the African Champions League landed Zamalek in Group D, along with Moroccan Wydad Casablanca, Petro Atletico and Sagrada of Angola.

Zamalek come in the third position of the group with two point, two points behind leaders Petrol Atletico, while Al Wyadad hold the second position with three points.
