CAIRO — ZED FC secured a 2-0 win over Haras el-Hedoud, while Ceramica Cleopatra delivered a dominant performance against Modern Sport. Meanwhile, Talae el-Geish edged past Al-Ittihad of Alexandria in the fourth round of the 2024-2025 Egyptian Premier League season.

At Alexandria Stadium, Talae el-Geish snatched a valuable 1-0 victory over Al-Ittihad of Alexandria.
In the seventh minute, Talae el-Geish earned a corner from the left side, as central midfielder Emad Fathy delivered a cross into the penalty area, which was safely collected by Al-Ittihad goalkeeper Mehdi Suleiman.

In the 17th minute, Suleiman suffered a leg injury, requiring an ambulance to carry him off the field.
Talae el-Geish was awarded a free kick on the right side of midfield, which defender Ahmed Hossam delivered into the penalty area. Sobhi Suleiman cleared it for a corner.

In the 33rd minute, a goal by Modern Sport’s center-forward Ahmed Atef was disallowed for offside following a VAR review.
Ceramica’s four goals were led by a hat-trick from left-winger Mahmoud Zalaka, who scored in the 2nd, 56th, and 80th minutes. Winger Islam Issa netted the second goal in the 54th minute.

Modern Sport’s sole goal came from Cameroonian player Jonathan Ngoyem in the 61st minute.
