Pyramids 1-1 Al-Masry
Pyramids FC was held to a 1–1 draw by Al-Masry of Port Said in a tightly contested clash at the New Suez Stadium, with both sides squandering key chances.
Al-Masry broke the deadlock after VAR intervention, as referee Mohamed Hamdy awarded a penalty, coolly converted by forward Karim Bambo in the 77th minute.
Pyramids was reduced to ten men when midfielder Hamed Hamdan received his marching orders in the 80th minute. However, striker Marwan Hamdy rescued a dramatic stoppage-time equaliser.

The closing stages turned chaotic, with Mohamed Makhlouf sent off before Pyramids were awarded a late penalty. Hamdy stepped up, but his effort was denied by goalkeeper Essam Tharwat.
The result sees Pyramids move to 44 points in second place, while Al-Masry sits fifth on 55 points in their first outing under new head coach Emad El-Nahhas.
