Egypt’s Nancy Taman has clinched the gold medal of the women’s vault at the 2021 Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup, hosted by Cairo.
After hosting the 2021 African Championships this years, Cairo opens its doors for 300 gymnasts from all around the world to compete for apparatus medals at the World Challenge Cup in both Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
The championship convenes in an African country for the first time in the history of gymnastics.
All participating teams in the World Cup for Artistic Gymnastics, have already undergone PCR tests upon their arrival to Egypt as part of precautionary measures to contain Covid-19.
