BEIRUT – Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy has stressed that Egypt supports Lebanon for hosting the activities of “Beirut – Capital of Arab Youth for 2023” to encourage Arab youth.
Sobhy, who arrived in Beirut to participate in the launching ceremony, told MENA that hosting the event reflects great efforts exerted by Arab youth and sports ministers and the Arab League to help ensure successful organization of the event.
He congratulated Lebanese Caretaker Minister of Youth and Sports, George Kallas, on the successful hosting of the event, which is set to be attended by a host of Arab youth ministers.
