EgyptAir called on customers travelling on board its flights to be present at Cairo airport and other Egyptian airports two hours and a half before the departure time of international flights, except flights heading to the United States of America, where presence at the airport is three hours before the departure time of the flight.
The company added in a statement that it would not accept any passenger if he is not present in the designated area in front of the boarding gates, less than 25 minutes before the departure time of the flight.
This comes in line with EgyptAir’s strategy to provide the best services to its customers traveling on board its flights, and to ensure the smooth completion of procedures before the flight departure times.
