Researcher obtains professional doctorate in business administration

The researcher, Mohamed Ali Amr, at the EgyptAir General Department of Stations, obtained a professional doctorate degree in business administration under the theme ‘The Role of Strategic Management of Human Resources in Achieving Organisational Efficiency’.

It is an applied thesison the aviation sector from the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS).

The doctoral thesis discussion committee included Prof. Dr Sayed el-Khouly, professor of business administration and former dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr Mohamed Ali Nemer, professor of business administration at the Faculty of Commerce, Sohag University, Dr Ashraf Abdel Rahman, assistant professor of business administration at the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, and Pilot Mohamed Ibrahim Moussa, Vice Board Chairman of the EgyptAir Holding Company.
