EgyptAir participated in the Riyadh Travel Fair (RTF) held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s vision to enhance Egypt’s position on the international aviation and tourism map.
The company’s participation aimed to expand and develop within Arab, regional, and international markets, forging new avenues of co-operation with global airlines and leading tourism companies. The focus was on boosting air traffic to and from Egypt’s tourist destinations while highlighting its unique attractions. EgyptAir also sought to exchange expertise, stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, and adopt best global practices in the civil aviation industry.
During the fair, EgyptAir held a series of coordination meetings with representatives from airports, airlines, and travel agencies from various countries to discuss different forms of co-operation and explore the possibility of opening direct and indirect routes in Egypt and the Middle East region.
Visitors to EgyptAir’s pavilion were invited to explore the company’s offerings and learn about the available tourism opportunities in Egypt.
This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Civil Aviation and its subsidiaries’ commitment to enhancing Egypt’s position on the global tourism map and supporting the national economy by revitalising the aviation and tourism sectors.
