Le Meridien Cairo Airport, a subsidiary of Aerotel for Hotels, Tourism and Leisure Services, celebrated being awarded the second best airport hotel in Africa for the year 2022, according to the Skytrax International Corporation report, which specialises in classifying airlines, airports and hotels according to a set of criteria on an annual basis.
The ceremony was attended by a number of leaders of the Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, its subsidiaries and hotel employees.
Khaled Al-Alfi, Assistant Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, congratulated Aerotel, the hotel management and all employees for this achievement, which he emphasised was the result of professional efforts from the management and all employees.
Imad Abdel Gawad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aerotel Hotels, congratulated the management of Le Meridien Cairo Airport, headed by Hisham Abu Jadayel, general manager of the hotel, and all employees of this achievement.
He handed over certificates of appreciation to a number of distinguished workers for their efforts that contributed to raising the hotel’s classification and obtaining this advanced position this year in the classification of airport hotels in Africa.
