The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) announced the selection of United ATS (United for Aviation Technology Systems) to receive the “Training Development” global award for 2025, as the best training centre that succeeded in developing the largest number of Standard Training Programmes (STPs), which are internationally accredited.
This prestigious award was part of the 6th edition of the Global Implementation Support Seminar ( GISS 2026), currently being held in Marrakech, Moroccoc.
Reda Madbouli, the chairman and founder of “United ATS” received the award from Juan Carlos Salazar.
Secretary-general of the International Civil Aviation Organisation, in the presence of distinguished group of decision-malets and leaders from aviation sector around the world.
United ATS’s winning for the 2nd time in a row reflects its ambitious strategy that started since joing TRAINAIR PLUS programme of ICAO in 2016.

The company heavily invested in establishing an advanced Course Development Unit, which resulted in the development and accreditation of 14 standard training programmes in various aviation sectors over the last three years, all of which have been approved by the Global Aviation Training (GAT) unit of ICAO.
Madbouli expressed his pride in this recognition, saying: “Keeping the 1st place globally for the 2nd consecutive time is proof of the efficiency of the personnel of the United ATS, and our firm commitment to providing training solutions that align with the international standards.”
He went on to say: “We are proud of our contribution to building the capabilities of the aviation sector regionally and globally, and we are going to continue on our way to deliver tangible, sustainable impact in this vital industry.
With this recognition, United for Aviation Technology Systems emphasised its position as a strategic partnership of the ICAO in the Middle East and Africa, which strengthens the ability to prepare a new generation of qualified specialists to keep pace with the challenges of aviation transportation.
