Executive Managing Director of EgyptAir Ground Services, Eng. Ibrahim Fawzi has received a delegation from Etihad Airways to renew the contract and enhance joint co-operation in ground services provided to Etihad Airways flights.
This came in light of the great efforts made by the Ministry of Civil Aviationand the EgyptAir Holding Company to maintain its existing customers and attract new clients to EgyptAir from globalpartners.
Fawzi welcomed the delegation of Etihad Airways, stressing the strong relations binding the two companies and the need to improve the level of services provided to all customers from airlines. He added that EgyptAir Ground Services offers high quality services in line with international standards.
For their part, the members of the Etihad Airways delegation congratulated Eng. Fawzi on assuming the presidency of EgyptAir Ground Services and expressed their happiness at this meeting and the warm welcome.
The members of the Etihad Airways delegation also emphasised the distinguished level of services provided by EgyptAir. They also stressed the importance of boosting relations between EgyptAir and Etihad Airways in a way that serves the interests of both parties.
They notedthat their absolute confidence in EgyptAir Ground Services is a testimony to the renewal of the contract to continue providing services to the company’s flights.
The meeting was attended by Antonio Truglio, Etihad Airways General Manager of Contracts and Airport Services, Amal Buzebar, Director of Contracts, Khalaf Taher, Director of Airport Services, Fares Habib, Director of Etihad Airways in Cairo, and Nancy Omar, General Manager of Marketing and Agreements at EgyptAir Ground Services.
