EgyptAir Training Academy, under the leadership of Captain Walid Suleiman, has signed a cooperation protocol with the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels at Helwan University to offer a structured practical training programme for students in the Aviation Operations Management department. The signing ceremony was attended by several faculty members from the university.
The academy’s new training programme, designed for the first time specifically for these students, has received high praise for its professionalism. Developed by the General Directorate of Planning and Training Development, the programme aims to integrate academic education with hands-on training, enhancing students’ qualifications to meet both local and international job market demands.
Following the signing, attendees toured the academy’s advanced facilities, including the latest flight simulators for various aircraft models and training devices for cabin crew, both theoretical and practical, such as CST/CEET systems. They also received a detailed overview of the modern training technologies used in the aircraft maintenance engineering classrooms.
The university delegation expressed their admiration and pride in the academy’s state-of-the-art training capabilities, highlighting the significance of such a prestigious institution in Egypt.
