EgyptAir has successfully passed a safety risk assessment conducted by the US-based company GHS. The assessment reviewed all activities related to safety, security and aircraft maintenance performed by EgyptAir Holding Company and its subsidiaries.
GHS confirmed that EgyptAir is implementing all activities in accordance with the safety regulations and legislation in force from the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority and are in line with the best practices of the aviation industry.
Eng Yahya Zakaria, Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company, congratulated all employees of the company on passing the assessment. He stressed that all EgyptAir companies are committed to following all international standards and benchmarks.
Captain Ahmed Ragab, Head of the Safety and Quality Sector at EgyptAir Holding Company, also thanked the team that participated in the risk assessment. He added that EgyptAir is working to implement standard operating procedures through the best practices in the aviation industry.
The successful completion of the assessment is a significant achievement for EgyptAir and demonstrates the company’s commitment to safety. It also reaffirms EgyptAir’s position as a leading airline in the Middle East.
