EgyptAir Maintenance & Engineering has successfully renewed its European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification for its main two stations in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah and Medina). This accomplishment is part of the directives of Minister of Civil Aviation Dr. Samih Al-Hefny. It also underscores the company’s commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Fathy added that during the inspection phases, EASA inspectors conducted a thorough review of all aspects of operations at both stations, starting from assessing staff efficiency and discussing maintenance procedures to ensuring their full comprehension of the assigned tasks.

The inspectors expressed their appreciation for the high technical quality standards at both stations, confirming the continued maintenance of accreditation for over twenty years without any remarks.

Fathy concluded by saying:”Our ability to successfully pass EASA inspections for consecutive years places us among the world’s leading aircraft maintenance companies. We consider this achievement a motivation to continue developing our services and expanding their scope through investment in human resources and the latest technologies in aircraft maintenance and overhaul.”
