EgyptAir Maintenance & Engineering has successfully renewed its European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification for three of its key daily maintenance stations: Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, and Borg El Arab airports. This achievement underscores the company’s commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality, further solidifying its leading position in the aircraft maintenance sector across the region.
Eng. Yehia Zakaria, Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company, congratulated the staff of EgyptAir Maintenance & Engineering on their successful completion of the EASA inspection at the three stations. Zakaria emphasised the importance of meeting international certification requirements to continue offering top-tier services to clients and maintain the company’s global reputation.
The EASA inspection included a thorough review of equipment storage, spare parts inventory, and operational procedures at the stations. Inspectors also examined the technical records of both customer aircraft and EgyptAir’s own fleet to ensure compliance with international regulations and manufacturers’ recommendations.
This certification renewal reflects EgyptAir’s dedication to providing the highest levels of service and reinforces customer confidence in the safety and efficiency of its maintenance operations.
