This agreement is a strategic step designed to enhance the efficiency of spare parts supply for aircraft maintenance operations. It guarantees a smooth and easy access to the necessary spare parts for EgyptAir Maintenance & Engineering (EAM&E) to service the EgyptAir fleet, as well as to meet the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) needs for its third-party customers.
The custom-designed package offers several added benefits, including, savings in inventory holding costs. More accurate spare parts pricing forecasts. Scheduled and secure purchases. Enhancement of other purchasing operations.
Furthermore, a specialized Boeing team will proactively address any emergency requirements, ensuring reliable spare parts delivery schedules and effectively supporting EAM&E’s commitment to operational quality.

Pilot Ahmed Adel, Chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Holding Company, stated that the agreement with Boeing underscores EgyptAir’s commitment to operational excellence and fleet modernization. He added that securing timely access to essential spares through Boeing’s Tailored Parts Package is crucial for increasing the readiness of their Boeing fleet and supporting their ambitious expansion plans. He noted that the step reflects their strategic vision to partner with major global entities to ensure the sustainability of high-quality services.
