The EgyptAir Training Academy has contracted with L3HARRIS, the manufacturer of the Airbus A330 representative flight device, to modify the device’s technologies to meet the requirements of the Adverse weather and comply with the latest legislation of the European Aviation Safety Agency.
This comes according to the plan of EgyptAir Holding Company headed by pilot Amr Abu Al-Ainin, which puts air safety at the forefront of its priorities, as well as applying the latest training systems in the world.
The pilot, Ihab El-Tahtawy, head of the academy, said that the amendment comes in line with the issuance of new international legislation that requires training flight crews around the world to respond immediately during flight to adverse weather factors and the resulting repercussions that require accurate and advanced training to confront this during flight.
