EgyptAir Training Academy has signed a co-operation agreement with the training academy of SAL Logistics Services Company, which specialises in air-cargo handling, logistics solutions, and supply-chain management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Captain Walid Suleiman, Chairman of EgyptAir Training Academy, received a delegation from SAL Academy headed by Saleh Al-Deeni, Chief Shared Services Officer, in the presence of Eyad Qusati, Senior Manager of SAL Academy, and Ahmed Al-Shafie, Programmes Development Manager.
Under the agreement, EgyptAir Training Academy will provide a range of theoretical and practical training courses through modern training solutions.

The contract stipulates co-operation between the two parties for an initial period of 12 months, and aims to achieve a set of joint strategic objectives, including studying and developing advanced, internationally accredited training programmes to enhance the readiness and efficiency of human resources working in the air-transport sector, as well as exploring opportunities for technical exchange and operational expertise in areas such as simulator training, performance assessment, and the use of virtual-reality technologies in specialised training programmes.
For his part, Captain Ahmed Adel, Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company, affirmed that the agreement signed between EgyptAir Training Academy and Saudi SAL represents a pivotal step in strengthening regional co-operation in specialised training in air cargo and logistics services.
