Cairo International Airport has been bustling with activity over the past few days as it welcomes delegations for the Boccia World Championships – Cairo Challenge 2024. The event, which runs until 22 July, features participants from 13 countries.
Sameh Al-Hefni, Egypt’s Minister of Civil Aviation, has directed the provision of comprehensive support and facilitation for the participating athletes. Both EgyptAir and Cairo Airport Company have deployed dedicated public relations teams to assist the delegates, ensuring a seamless and efficient arrival process and offering the highest level of service, reflecting Egypt’s esteemed global reputation.
Minister Al-Hefni emphasised that the Ministry of Civil Aviation and its subsidiaries are fully committed to supporting international sports events hosted by Egypt. This dedication underlines Egypt’s leadership role as a premier destination for global sports activities.
