Air Cairo, affiliated to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has inaugurated its new airline between Casablanca/Alexandria. The service will be operated as of March 17with two flights per week on Fridays and Wednesdays. The move is aimed to serve Moroccan Umrah performers and pilgrims, in addition to operating flights from Casablanca to visit tourist sites in Egypt.
The step came within the framework of Air Cairo’s plan to expand its network of routes to serve the largest number of customers and reach more external and internal destinations.
The head of Air Cairo, Hussein el-Sharif, held a function on this occasion, during which he invited tourism agents in Morocco to present itsplans and introduce capabilities and services. During the ceremony, Air Cairo drew a number of free tickets for the attendees.
