Air Cairo participated in the Dubai Airshow 2025 to bolster its international footprint and explore cutting-edge aviation technologies. The company marked its presence with a significant step toward fleet expansion by securing a lease agreement for two new aircraft.
On the sidelines of the airshow Chairman and Managing Director of Air Cairo Pilot Ahmed Shannan signed a lease agreement for two Airbus A320 aircraft.
The signing ceremony was attended by Head of Planning at Air Cairo Ahmed Al-Ashout.
This strategic agreement is integral to Air Cairo’s ambitious fleet modernization and expansion plan, which targets increasing its operational fleet to 45 aircraft by the year 2026.
Air Cairo’s participation in the Dubai Airshow underscores its commitment to strengthening its global route network, exploring the latest innovations in civil aviation including sustainability solutions, digital transformation, and advanced flight safety technologies and forging new strategic partnerships with major manufacturers and operators in the industry.
