From Sinai, the Land of Peace, Egypt sends a message to the world that it is the first to take the initiative towards humanity, the first to adopt the Palestinian cause, and the first to take the lead to send aid to Palestine.
This year’s World Youth Forum is different from previous years as its platform launched the Youth for Reviving Humanity initiative, a humanitarian one that sends a message to the world that Egypt adheres to human rights and not just in slogans as some countries do.
The initiative was launched in response to the escalating challenges and conflicts in our world today. This initiative embodies our commitment to promoting a culture of peace, tolerance, and understanding among youth around the globe.
Scheduled to be held in the land of peace, Sharm el-Sheikh, on December 3-5, the initiative aims to create a world where peace prevails over conflict, and love triumphs over hate.
God mentions Sinai several times in the Qur’an. Sinai is the abode of some of His messengers. God spoke to Moses (peace be upon him) there. So, whoever has heard about Sinai, will be other than the one who saw it and wandered inside it and witnessed the divine miracles in all the lands of Sinai.
Coral reefs fill the swamps of the Red Sea, and God also described part of the land of Sinai as sacred.
God swore at the beginning of Surat al-Tin (Figs) by figs and olives, which are among the products of Sinai. He swore by Mount Tur and its lineage to Sinai. Then he swore by Mecca, the faithful land. Sinai came in rank before Mecca.
This valley gained sanctity with words of the Holy Lord of Glory.
“We are here before a unique phenomenon that took place over Egyptian land in Mount Al-Tur, where God Almighty appeared to the mountain and caused it to collapse and Moses collapsed in shock. This did not happen anywhere in the universe except in Egypt”.
Accordingly, every Egyptian should be proud of the Qur’anic and divine truths.
