Iranians formed human chains to protect power plants on Tuesday after President Donald Trump’s threats to strike energy infrastructure, according to images published by state media, as top officials said they were also prepared to sacrifice their lives.

Egypt coordinates to strengthen food security, commodity exchange

A joint meeting was held on Tuesday between Supply and Internal Trade Minister Sherif Farouk, Agriculture Minister Alaa Farouk, and Bahaa El-Ghannam, Executive Director of the Future Egypt Authority for Sustainable Development. The session took place at the authority’s headquarters to enhance coordination among key stakeholders in Egypt’s “food security triangle” of production, distribution, and strategic stock management.
