The “Zack’s Project Management” company, owner of the Zack’s Fried Chicken trademark, opened two new branches during the months of January and February with total investments amounting to LE10 million in the areas of Sharm El-Sheikh and Dokki, bringing the total restaurant branches to 15 ones.
Commenting on the opening, Hassan Abu Zekry, founder and CEO of Zack’s Project Management Company, unveiled that there are still great investment opportunities in the fast food market and restaurants in Egypt; especially that this field is growing by 10 per cent annually.
“The Egyptian market is large, growing by nearly 10 per cent annually, and that the Egyptian economy as a whole is encouraging and luring investment; hence the company’s endeavour to open new branches.
“The company plans to open five new branches in the first quarter of 2021 and seeks to have a foot in all governorates, especially Upper Egypt. Also, the first Zack’s overseas branch is scheduled to be opened in one of the Gulf countries in partnership with an Emirati investor during the same year,” Abu Zekry said.
On the anti-Covid-19 procedures, the CEO announced that company is committed in all its branches to all precautionary measures, the use of masks and the provision of sterilisers to maintain the health of workers and restaurant visitors as of the start of the outbreak of the pandemic until now.
