CAIRO – Veteran Egyptian actor Nabil el-Halafawi died Sunday at the age of 77 after a short struggle with illness.
Chairman of the Egyptian Actors’ Syndicate Ashraf Zaki said funeral prayers will be held Sunday night at the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed district of Giza.
The date of a condolence gathering is yet to be decided.
