OSN adopted a hybrid, modular approach in the development of the new platform, leveraging innovative technology to drive agility and adaptability. OSN Streaming has delivered an enhanced user experience thanks to new features, including multiple profiles for friends and family, a new dedicated kids’ Profile section with parental control and improved search and discovery. Leading a host of industry experts, OSN delivered a futureproof platform with minimal disruption to users.

The new app is at the forefront of innovation, and undergoes continuous improvement on different aspects of the platform for a better user experience. This includes various touch points from content, discoverability, recommendation engines, consumer journeys, modes of payments, the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) and technical integrations. The transformative creative solutions implemented to meet OSN’s customers’ expectations were carried out at an unprecedented pace, considering the overhaul of the platform’s algorithmic codes.
