The Creative Industry Summit (C-S) commemorates its tenth anniversary under the theme “Impact Beyond Years,” solidifying its position as a leading platform for the creative economy in the MENA region. This milestone coincides with the renewal of its partnership with Misr Italia Properties (MIP), which serves as the festival’s strategic partner and host.
For the third consecutive year, C-S will be held at MIP’s Cairo Business Park, the premier hub for entrepreneurship and innovation in East Cairo. The renewed partnership extends for another three years, with further details set to be announced soon.
Since its launch in 2014, C-S has evolved into a powerful catalyst for the creative economy, connecting visionary leaders, innovative entrepreneurs, and artistic talents from Egypt and beyond. Over the past decade, the summit has attracted more than 36,000 participants from 28 countries and featured over 2,500 speakers from 27 nations. With a total of 422 days of content, including dynamic presentations and immersive workshops, C-S has significantly influenced the local and regional creative sectors.
“This decade marks ten years of creativity and innovation, impacting the creative economy in the region,” said Mai Salama, Founding Partner of C-S. “As we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to providing a platform that unites creative minds, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners. Our renewed partnership with MIP exemplifies our shared vision of cultivating an ecosystem that champions excellence and innovation.”
Karim El Assal, CEO and Managing Director of MIP, expressed enthusiasm for the continued collaboration, highlighting its alignment with the vision for Cairo Business Park. “This partnership supports our mission to create a comprehensive ecosystem that nurtures innovation and creativity while maintaining an ideal work-life balance,” he noted. “Cairo Business Park has become a pivotal hub for entrepreneurship in East Cairo, offering unparalleled networking opportunities and flexible workspaces. Together with C-S, we aim to strengthen Egypt and MENA’s creative economy.”
Cairo Business Park encompasses 42 buildings within a 75,615-square-meter community, featuring a total built-up area of 98,000 square meters and a central commercial area of 8,700 square meters. The project, which includes a five-star Hilton hotel, boasts 130 rooms and state-of-the-art amenities. Strategically located between Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, it combines modernity with heritage, offering an integrated environment that promotes sustainable growth alongside shopping and dining experiences.
The project also serves as a vibrant platform for innovation and creativity, celebrating artistic expression across fashion, music, and design.
