WASHINGTON – As many as 615,090,972 people have been reported to be infected by the novel coronavirus globally, Johns Hopkins University (JHU) reported on Monday.
It added that about 6,536,966 have died from the virus worldwide.
The US continues to be the worst-hit country in terms of fatalities, followed by Brazil and India.
