WASHINGTON – As many as 443,419,476 people are reported to have been infected with the coronavirus globally, Johns Hopkins University (JHU) said on Saturday.
In a statement, the university added that 5,988,994 people have died from the virus worldwide.
The US continues to be the worst-hit country with the world’s highest number of cases at more than 79,250,505 million infections.
