Embassy of Pakistan in Cairo organized Qawwali Night

On the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi and as part of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Egypt, Embassy of Pakistan organized a special Qawwali night in Cairo Opera House  on Wednesday. Ustaad Fareed Ayaz-Abu Muhammad Qawwal and brothers, the internationally renowned Qawwals from Pakistan, enthralled the audience with spiritual Qawwali performance. The Qawwali Troupe is in Cairo to participate in the 16th Edition of International Samaa Festival of Spiritual Music. Fareed Ayaz-Abu Muhammad Qawwals, through their unique talent, synched traditional style with modernity and caught the attention of huge audience who were mesmerised throughout the performance. The event was attended by members of the diplomatic corps, Egyptian officials and academia, mediapersons and members of Pakistani community residing in Egypt.
