Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, announced has that “Moscow International Film Week” will be held from August 23 to 28, featuring participants from over 40 countries, including Egypt and China.
BRICS TV quoted Sergunina as having said that the Moscow International Film Week will witness major cultural events for this year.
She noted that the activities will take place in multiple venues such as cinemas, parks, museums, and hotels.
More than 300 films will be shown at the Cinema during the cultural event. Guests will be able to attend concerts, master classes, meetings with actors and directors, lectures, she added.
Tours of Moscow film studios and locations from iconic films will be made, she also added.
Representatives of Russian cinematic companies will probe ways of mutual co-operation, as well as opportunities of filming in Moscow.
