Hyde Park Developments, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Misr El Kheir Foundation. The agreement, valued at EGP 7 million, is part of the company’s Ramadan campaign aimed at providing tangible support to underprivileged families during the Holy Month.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to unifying corporate and social responsibilities to achieve meaningful community impact. Through direct and effective campaigns, the partnership seeks to translate the Ramadan values of giving and solidarity into concrete programs and services that enhance the lives of individuals and families across various Egyptian governorates.

The partnership aligns with the company’s philosophy of transforming “time into a valuable experience” that transcends the mere passage of time. Leveraging Misr El Kheir’s extensive reach and impact, the initiative focuses on empowering family members by providing daily Iftar meals at Ramadan tents, as well as deploying the “Kheirak Zad” vehicle to distribute individual meals across various governorates. This ensures maximum reach and direct support to deserving families, alongside several other complementary initiatives.

Commenting on the partnership, Hala Abdel-Wadood, Chief External Relations, Communication, and CSR Officer at Hyde Park Developments, stated: “We believe that every individual has the right to food access. This campaign aims to provide real support to deserving families and alleviate their daily challenges. For over 15 years, the company has dedicated its efforts to fostering healthy growth and education within Egyptian communities, viewing social responsibility as a core pillar of its strategy. These efforts are evolving into long-term partnerships that translate initiatives into a tangible, sustainable impact on people’s lives.”

She added, “In our journey to transform time into a valuable experience that goes beyond speed, Misr El Kheir represents an ideal partner due to its prestigious standing, vast network, and sincere care that touches health and hearts alike.”

Engineer Amal Mobadda, Executive Director of Resource Development at Misr El Kheir Foundation, said: “We believe that achieving sustainable impact in social responsibility relies on an integrated triangle comprising the private sector, the government, and civil society. This integration allows us to reach the largest possible segment of beneficiaries. The true success of any community initiative is reflected in the joy of the beneficiaries. Our goal is to extend our services to all governorates without exception. Without the support of donors, who are the true heroes behind every success, we would not be able to achieve this impact on the ground. We extend our gratitude to Hyde Park Developments for their trust and active contribution.”

Hyde Park’s social responsibility journey spans many years and is an integral part of its strategy. The company employs innovative practices to create a positive and sustainable impact on society and the environment. It carefully selects trusted partners to ensure desired results and remains committed to developing the social fabric and enhancing growth opportunities for all. Notably, since the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has intensified initiatives to strengthen the national health system and support frontline workers in collaboration with the medical sector and civil society.
