Dr Israa Al-Babli obtained a master’s degree with distinction in fixed prosthodontics from the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Future University.
This is the first time in the world that a master’s degree in the field of medicine has been granted to a doctor who has been deaf since birth.
The young inspiring and influential doctor holds the position of Secretary General of the Cairo Doctors Syndicate.
