The British University in Egypt (BUE) announced the opening of admission for academic year 2022-2023.
Successful applicants should hold a Thanawiyya Amma (Certificate General Secondary Education) or foreign equivalent.
In accordance with admission procedures announced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and BUE admission procedures, applicants must fill in an application form on the BUE’s official website or through direct application at the university and pay the required fee, pending a decision.
Places are available in engineering, energy and environmental engineering, dentistry, nursing, law, media and communication, arts and design, pharmacy, information and computer science, economics, political science, business administration, arts and humanities.
BUE President Mohamed Lotfy said the university is one of the most important and largest private universities in Egypt, and applies the British education system.
The university awards degrees accredited by the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities, London South Bank University and Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
The BUE ranks fourth in Egypt, and first at the level of private universities accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities, according to the British QS classification in the Middle East and North Africa.
The university also ranked first in physics in Egypt, second in the region, and third in Africa.
