Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Ali Moselhi announced the “Welcome Schools” fair will open its door for the back-to-school season in the hall of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development Authority in Nasr City neighbourhood on September 16.

The “Hello Schools” exhibition will last until September 30 and is held under the sponsorship of the Cabinet, according to him.

Moselhi said in a statement on Thursday that the fair brings together 210 exhibitors and showcases all school supplies including: school uniforms, bags, stationery, as well as food products; with discounts of no less than 30 per cent.

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is attaching greater attention to holding these fairs to down burdens on citizens in such occasions, he said, adding that the president orders to continue organising the exhibition nationwide.

All precautionary measures will be applied to protect visitors against Covid-19, said Spokesman for the Ministry Ahmed Kamal.
