Public Business Sector Minister Mahmoud Essmat and Social Solidarity Minister Nevine el Qabbag probed ways of establishing micro projects to secure job opportunities for underprivileged citizens.
There is an urgent need to draw up a strategy aiming to support the productive families’ projects in the various spheres in co-operation with the relevant bodies and ministries, the two ministers affirmed during the meeting held on Thursday.
The meeting, meanwhile, tackled a host of issues as part of the State’s policy which primarily aims to provide the necessary facilities to attain economic empowerment, provide jobs to the underprivileged citizens.
The two ministers also discussed ways of forging partnerships with electronic platforms to market the products of the productive families’ projects.
