The TV BRICS shed light on the positive economic results that happened after Egypt’s official inclusion in the BRICS in January.
The volume trade between Egypt and the rest of the countries increased by 15% in the first eight months of 2024 recording $30.2 billion against $26.2 billion in the same period in 2023, according to a statement of TV BRICS on Thursday.
The volume of Egyptian exports to the BRICS countries increased by 7.3% recording 5.7 billion dollars, according to the data of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).
The volume of Egyptian imports from the BRICS countries increased by 17% recording $24.5 billion.
