Egyptian Tourism and Antiquities Minister Ahmed Eissa underlined the importance of the Spanish market for tourism in Egypt.
He highlighted that Spain is one of key tourism markets for Egypt.
He made the remarks on the fringe of the 44th edition of the International Tourism Trade Fair (FITUR 2024) organized by IFEMA MADRID.
The minister toured the Egyptian pavilion in the fair where he met with exhibitors, reviewing the latest developments in the tourism sector in Egypt, especially the promotion campaigns in this domain.
During the meeting, he underlined the key role played by the private sector in boosting tourism industry in Egypt and encouraging tourists’ flow to Egypt.
