Minister of Tourism Khaled el-Anani and Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Manar paid a visit to Hurghada International Airport Saturday to check work at the airport as well as the services offered to travellers.
The two ministers toured departure and arrival terminals as well as commercial outlets inside the airport.
They checked the precautionary measures taken against Covid-19 and security measures taken inside and outside the facility.
Manar praised the security measures and coordination between the different departments of the airport.
He also instructed airport officials to facilitate travel of passengers, including foreign tourists and ensure that everybody is abiding by Covid-19 preventive measures.
