MANSOURA, Egypt – Total investments pumped into New Mansoura City have reached EGP 33 billion across sectors including housing, utilities, electricity, services, and agriculture, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbiny said.
The investments include the ongoing Sakan Misr project, which comprises 4,704 housing units, JANNA luxury housing project, currently under construction with 11,232 units, the coastal-style housing project, with 1,368 out of 2,103 units under implementation in the first phase, along with utility projects, development, and several service projects, the minister added during his visit to Dakahlia Governorate.
Sherbiny reaffirmed the government’s commitment to completing all ongoing projects, particularly those under the presidential “Decent Life” initiative, which aim to upgrade rural villages and enhance citizens’ quality of life.
