Egypt’s Irrigation Minister Hany Sweilam arrived in Abu Dhabi Monday to attend the 6th Arab Water Forum.
Sweilam took part in the inauguration ceremony of the forum. He stressed keenness on attending such important regional activities.
The Arab Water Forum aims to boost cooperation and exchange expertise among Arab countries to better confront water challenges and achieve sustainability.
Themed “For a Water Resilient and Prosperous Future”, the forum kicked off earlier today and will last until September 18. More than 120 international experts are taking part in the event to probe new strategies and solutions that would guarantee regional water security.
